1. Technical Scope & Auditing

Lumzea delivers custom software designs according to approved project scoping templates. Any modification requests outside initial scope schedules require additional assessment protocols.

2. Intellectual Property License

Unless explicitly outlined under separate support agreements, client entities receive exclusive global rights to compile, adapt, and run the binary code bases built by Lumzea. Proprietary core engine blocks remain licensed assets of Lumzea.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Platform service level agreements guarantee 99.9% uptime parameters on containerized cloud nodes. Support responses for critical failures are handled under 2-hour timelines.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These guidelines are governed according to state laws of California, United States. Any disputes are subject to direct arbitration in San Francisco.
